Wichtige Infos:
- Vor Besuch der ersten Veranstaltung: bitte am Jazzweek Info-Point vorbeikommen. Wir scannen das Ticket und geben Ihnen ein Armband für alle Tage. Nur das Armband gewährt Einlass zu allen Veranstaltungen. Ausnahme bildet die Philharmonie.
- Die Kölner Philharmonie hat ein separates Ticketing-System, also wird das Armband dort nicht akzeptiert. Mit dem Kauf dieses Festivaltickets wird also ein separates, physisches Philharmonie-Ticket auf Ihren Namen hinterlegt. Dieses können Sie am 1. September ab zwei Stunden vor Beginn der Veranstaltung an der Konzertkasse (Kurt-Hackenberg-Platz/Ecke Bechergasse) abholen.
- Falls Sie nicht vorhaben, in die Philharmonie zu gehen, bitten wir Sie eine kurze Absage-Mail an luca@jazzweek.de zu schicken.
- Das Ticket/Armband ist nicht übertragbar auf andere Personen.
- Die Konzerte sind teilweise teilbestuhlt. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf einen Sitzplatz.

Important information:
- Before visiting the first event: please come to the Jazzweek Info-Point. We will scan your ticket and give you a wristband for all days. Only the wristband grants admission to all events. The exception is the Philharmonie.
- The Kölner Philharmonie has a separate ticketing system, so the wristband will not be accepted there. With the purchase of this festival ticket, a separate, physical Philharmonie ticket will be deposited in your name. You can collect this from the box office (Kurt-Hackenberg-Platz/corner of Bechergasse) from two hours before the start of the event on September 1.
- If you are not planning to go to the Philharmonie, please send a short cancellation email to luca@jazzweek.de
- The ticket/wristband is not transferable to other persons.
- Some of the concerts are partially seated. There is no entitlement to a seat.
